Event FAQ

  • We host small private gatherings, meetings, celebrations, workshops, and community events that are appropriate for a café setting.

  • Event availability varies by location. Printers Row offers more flexibility due to its size and kitchen; Logan Square is more limited.

  • Capacity depends on the event format and location. We can seat up to 43 people in Printers Row and have capacity for up to 65 people in that location. We’ll review details after you submit an inquiry.

  • Food and beverage service is coordinated with our team and may be required depending on the event type and timing.

  • Select buyouts are available and the price varies depending on time, day, and usage.

  • We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Advance time allows us to coordinate with you for social media, newsletter, and signage advertising. Short-notice requests may not be possible.

  • Some events may require a minimum spend or event fee. For reference, evening events required $150 per employee required to assist with the event.

    Ticketed events require $7 per attendee fee to the cafe.

    These fees cover operational costs for break even.

  • No, we are happy to reserve space for your group.

    Some conditions apply:

    • We’re given advance notice

    • The event does not exceed 1 hour

    • Purchases from attendees are expected
