Reyna Callejo is a coffee educator, mentor, and competitor whose work bridges technical excellence and meaningful storytelling. Currently serving as Director of Training and Innovation at Olympia Coffee, Reyna was named 2024 U.S. Coffee in Good Spirits Champion and recognized in the Sprudge Twenty Class of 2025.

Known for her thoughtful, accessible teaching style, Reyna has trained baristas, coached champions, and helped shape coffee programs rooted in sustainability, sensory precision, and respect for producers. Her classes are equal parts rigorous, welcoming, and deeply grounded in real-world practice.
