Your team’s never been this hyped about milk. The Barista Olympics is a series of lighthearted competitions designed to test skill, coordination, and caffeine tolerance. Perfect for groups that like a little chaos with their collaboration.
Activity:
Teams rotate through mini-events: timed pour-over sprints, latte art accuracy, and signature drink improv. Each station earns points, and the winning team takes home a golden tamper (and bragging rights until next quarter).

All materials and coffee, training, event emcee (our barista), mini trophies, and a group photo for internal newsletters. (No Offsite offered)
